JUDr. Eva Vašková
Eva Vaskova studied jurisprudence at the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague and she gratuated from the said institution in 1977. Then she was employed as a bank officer in a department for international credits and later on she was a company lawyer until 1991 when she successfully passed the Bar examinations and her name was entered in the Bar list in the Czech Republic under No. 1109.
She focuses on practising law in her capacity of an attorney in the following areas: Legal assistance and advice for establishing and changing various types of companies, real estate trading, concluding business agreements and contracts.
Eva Vaskova provides legal services also in English and German and she can speak in Russian and French, too.
Eva Vaskova is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and at the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic.
JUDr. Josef Vaške
Josef Vaske studied jurisprudence at the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague and he gratuated from the said institution in 1978. Then he was employed as a company lawyer specializing in and responsible for investment activities until 1991 when he successfully passed the Bar examinations and his name was entered in the Bar list in the Czech Republic under No. 1108. Josef Vaske died on 11/19/2011.
Articling attorney-at-law
Mgr. Veronika Křesťanová studied jurisprudence at the Palacký University in Olomouc, Faculty of Law, where she graduated in 2013. During her studies she participated in a one-semester educational residency abroad under the ERASMUS programme at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Faculty of Law. Since her graduation she is employed as an articling attorney-at-law; she has been working for this Law Office since December 2013. She specializes in legal consulting within the full scope of Civil Law, acting in the name and on behalf of clients in civil proceedings of contentious and non-contentious nature, protection of damaged clients’interests (also in criminal cases) and consumers, acting in the name and on behalf of clients at hearings of administrative delicts (mainly breaches of traffic regulations)and representing the accused in criminal proceedings.
